Our Mission:To generate holistic and effective revitalization in South Omaha neighborhoods through strategic partnerships and community-driven initiatives. We prioritize choice by dismantling systemic barriers to reinforce equitable access to opportunity for all.

Open Roles:

• Construction + Real Estate Manager: The Construction and Real Estate Manager will manage projects by overseeing construction activities and serving as the primary liaison between Canopy South and our partners for all items related to property management, real estate, and development. This position requires a seasoned professional who can effectively manages with various stakeholders to ensure the efficient and cost-effective execution of development projects. The CRE Manager is responsible for maintaining project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while optimizing processes. Applications close April 19th at 5 PM CST. 

• Awards Administrator: The Award Administrator will play a pivotal role in managing state and federal grants post award, working collaboratively with our team and partners to ensure compliance, streamline processes, and contribute to the success of our mission-driven initiatives. A primary responsibility will be managing the North & South Omaha Recovery Grant (NSORG) program administered by the Nebraska Department of Economic Development. Applications close May 1st at 5PM CST.
