Highland South – Indian Hill Neighborhood Clean Up
Every year, the Highland South – Indian Hill Neighborhood Association hosts a Spring Clean Up event. On May 29, 2021 residents were able to dispose of their items by utilizing trash compactors at Upland Park. Several volunteers also picked up litter at Upland Park, Miguel Kieth Park, and the surrounding area. While residents waited in their vehicles to access the trash compactors, CNP partners were engaging residents regarding housing preferences in order to gather feedback and recommendations.
Over one hundred participants were asked to choose their favorite housing design for the following housing typologies:
- Townhomes
- Low-rise apartments
- Mid-rise apartments
- Mixed Use
This feedback will help the CNP Steering Committee draft a Transformation Plan for the Southside Terrace – Indian Hill neighborhood that is based on resident’s preferences. The full report can be found here.
