Housing Pop Up

In order to better understand housing preferences and what onsite amenities residents would like to see in the future, the CNP Steering Committee hosted an event targeted towards youth living at Southside Terrace. The Housing Pop Up Event was held on May 26th, 2021 outside the CNP Satellite Office in order to gather feedback and recommendations.

Over seventy five participants were asked to select their top three choices for future onsite amenities. Then, using terms oriented towards youth, participants were asked to choose their favorite housing design for the following housing typologies:

• Townhomes
• Low-rise apartments
• Mid-rise apartments
• Mixed Use

This feedback will help the CNP Steering Committee draft a Transformation Plan for the Southside Terrace – Indian Hill neighborhood that is based on resident’s preferences.
